MONITORING POLLEN CONCENTRATION IN THE AIR

The WHO confirms that aeroplene is an important cause of allergic reactions over the past 50 years, and that aeroplene monitoring results allow studing, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of pollen allergies and, lastly, aeropalological data are irreplaceable in agricultural areas.

In order to ensure the quality and usability of the obtained data, aeroplene monitoring is carried out by standardized Hirst volumetric method with pollen measuring devices for seven-day continuous air sampling The measurement will be carried out with three new purchased pollen measuring stationat and measuring will be conducted in the Special Nature Reserve “Ludaš”, the town of Kanjiža and in the territory of Hungary in the National Park “Kishkunsag”. Monitoring will be carried out during two vegetation season, a total of 32 weeks during the pollination of the 7 most significant invasive and allergenic species.
